IN PHOTOS: Gov. Ben Evardone set the direction for his programs to the Executive Committee of the provincial government on the first day of the ExeCom meeting.
Governor Evardone imparted to the heads of all departments in the capitol his desire to make the provincial government as Social Welfare hub for all Estehanons with the goal of touching the lives of the constituents particularly the poor.
Further, the Governor also urged the ExeCom to encourage capitol employees of to become social workers whereby they will actively promote the social programs of the provincial government so that many will be able to access the programs.
